What happens if there are missing items from my order?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order is likely to arrive soon.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Just send us a picture of the damaged item to the email address: support@mancia-manchester.com, and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.
